Life is short, so live your life to the fullest. Be happy with your life, accept yourself, look at the good side of things, there are many small steps you can take to achieve happiness in your life. Though taking steps to having a happier life is not the easiest thing to do, and it doesn’t happen overnight, but it can be done. With some patience and determination, you will be able to change yor life for good, and make your everyday happier than ever!
1 // surround yourself with positive people.
Positive people are the ones who would stand beside you and support you, lend you their shoulder when you are feeling down, and the ones who encourage you to be a better version of yourself!
2 // don’t be bothered by other people’s opinion.
It is important to learn not to care about what other people have to say, because honestly it is none of your business. This is your life, if you are happy and satisfied doing something, it doesn’t even matter what others would say.
3 // take good care of your health.
No matter how wealthy a person is, if they are constantly ill, how could they feel any happier? Eat more healthy food and be more active. Not only would your body be more appreciative, your mood would be lifted as well.
4 // let go of the past.
Something in the past is still the past, be courageous and let them go, don’t bring them up constantly. The past is something you cannot change, so just take it as a lesson and learn from it.
5 // understand yourself and what you want clearly.
As adults, it is not easy to understand what you really want due to the influence on many things in the society. If you are able to give yourself peace and find what your inner voice is telling you on what you really want, you will understand yourself more, and thus make your life more satisfying.
6 // accept the truth and stop living in your fantasy.
Our imaginary life is always perfect and flawless, but here is the thing, it is not real! You shouldn’t waste your time indulging in your fantasy at how perfect it is, instead you should learn to accept the real world that you are living in, and then find the good among them, because every cloud have a silver lining.

Happiness all starts from you. Your happiness is not dependent on others, but yourself. Learning to be the only one to decide your happiness is an important element to make your life much better.

Spare just 10 to 15 minutes every day to do something you like will largely change your life for good, whether it be reading a book or watching your favourite TV show, or even cooking, anything that makes you feel better!

It is important to look at the glass half full than half empty. Learning to see the good side of things will greatly change the way you see your life, in a good way.

Everyone is different and unique in their own way, and no one is better than the other. You need to learn to accept yourself for who you are special, and no one else can replace you.
