1. Overnight Oats

Overnight oat is one of the easiest breakfast to make that will take you less than 5 minutes to do. Just add raw rolled oats into a jar or any container, fill it up with water or milk, and add whatever fillings you want. If you want you could shake up the container to mix up the ingredients. When you’re done with it, just leave it in the fridge, and come morning, your delicious and healthy overnights oats are done cooking, waiting for you to enjoy.

2. Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

Similar to the overnight oats, all you need is to add the amount of chia seed you want into a jar or a container, and then add water or milk, and then add in your desired flavour, it could be fruits or flavouring, such as cocoa powder, and then leave it in the fridge overnight. When you get it out from the fridge in the morning, you’ll notice that the pudding had thickened up and increased in volume. This is because chia seed will absorb the liquid it is soaked in and expand on its own, it is a normal sight and nothing to be afraid of.

3. Energy Oat Balls

They might sound fancy, but this healthy food is fairly simple to make. All you need is to add raw rolled oats into a bowl, together with one or several binding ingredients and your desired fillings, and combine the mixture together. After the mixture is done chilling, you can form them into little balls, and then chill them in the refrigerator for an hour to overnight. Binding ingredients are paste-like ingredients that help stick the dry ingredients together, such as:
