8 Reasons To Exercise Daily

If you think that working out will only help you get your dream body, think again, because aside from that there is plenty of reasons why you should workout, and these are just a few!

1 // you’ll feel better after exercising.

When we are exercising our brain will signal stress, which would cause it to release a protein called BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) and a chemical called Endorphin. These two components work together to make the body fight the stresses from exercises, which results in us feeling good after working out.

2 // you’ll sleep better.

Aside from the fact that exercise will drain your energy (which is one factor as to why we sleep better after exercising), exercising also helps our body to reduce stress, anxiety, depressive thoughts and so on. With a lower level of these negative emotions, it is easier for our body to fall asleep.

3 // you’ll have a stronger brain.

Exercise can help us improve our brain in many ways, such as our memory, concentration, thinking skills and much more. This is why it is recommended to exercise daily to refresh our minds after working or studying for long hours.

4 // you’ll feel stronger, physically.

Exercising consistently, specifically strength training, will build up your endurance, thus make you feel stronger than you were before. Although you will feel strong overall, but for girls you wouldn’t look bigger, which is what many girls are afraid of when they are planning to strength train.

5 // you’ll feel lighter, mentally.

Exercising will clear up your mind and make you focus more on your workout as your brain will inform your body that it is going through what’s called the “survival mode”. As you have less thoughts in your head, you will feel lighter mentally.

6 // you’ll feel lighter, physically.

This is something everyone knows, which is exercising will make you lose weight, and the weight loss will make you feel lighter. This is why after people lose weight, their daily chores became easier, and it can be something as simple as just walking.

7 // you’ll forget about stress while exercising.

Exercising is no doubt one of the best therapy for stress relieving. When you are exercising, your brain will free itself from whatever you are worrying before to focusing on making your body “survive” during the workout, which is why people often feel better when they are exercising.

8 // your preference on food will be better.

After working out, your brain will be much clearer and therefore you are less likely to munch on any junk food around you. Not only can this do good for your health, but also to your wallet as you wouldn’t go out and buy more unhealthy food.
